“i must say i don’t consider you could do big efforts 14 many hours just about every day, 5 to 6 days a week….you’re considerably innovative [with sensible hours],” the guy tells Sifted.

McLeod claims he cares profoundly about inner society (“I spend more of my personal energy [on traditions] than anything else”) and has launched a required ‘culture interview’ for many new joiners.
