“China Rich gf,” Kevin Kwan’s followup to his highly successful 2013 book “Crazy high Asians,” is during equal measures an event and an insider take-down, validating contemporary Asian lifestyle and its consumerist aspirations just as much as it pokes enjoyable at it.
