Today, our company is very happy to thank the Communications Energy and Paperworkers Union (CEP) with regards to their present share to the leadership development system.

It is through our leadership development that we’ve been in a position to develop to 20+ neighbourhood chapters across 7 towns within the last 7 years. The graduates of those leadership training programs just simply just take active leadership functions within our promotions for social and financial justice, including: affordable and livable housing; capping prices on remittances and pay day loans; and winning residing wages for working families.

Nationwide Reception in Toronto a Smashing Success
ACORN Canada’s National Reception in Toronto celebrated another of campaign victories from across the country year.
The function coincided with International Women’s Day, presenting us with a way to offer unique acknowledgement to the achievements of our females leaders as well as present progress and success.
The reception received support from over 120 friends, allies and Toronto ACORN people over the city and highlighted several active promotions including enhanced transit that is rapid affordable housing, and remittance justice.
